Sport Scientific’ staff hold degrees in Sport Rehabilitation and are accredited by the ‘British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers’. Sport Scientific also use the NASM (National Academy of Sport Medicine), Body Map system to gain an overall impression of your functional status. The Body Map is ideal for establishing your total body neuromuscular efficiency, integrated functional strength, and functional flexibility. You will see digital images of yourself from the front, side and back together with a summary of movement observations taken by a Sport Scientific team member. This objective data enables us to design an individualised exercise program that will take you to exactly where you want to go.

You will develop proper muscle balance, establish optimal postural control, and develop core strength and neuromuscular efficiency. In turn, this will enable you to achieve your weight loss, muscular or sport specific goals.

HOW DOES BODY WORK?

Body Map™ is a quick and simple process that takes just 15 minutes to perform and will provide vital information to get you on the path to your fitness goals in just 3 easy steps.

  1. 1. We take five digital images of you doing established dynamic postural movements.
    2. The computer-based assessment program designs a customized exercise program for you.
    3. We walk you through your OPT™ exercise program designed specifically to meet your fitness goals.
