Performing to the best of my ability
is something that I have strived to
do throughout my rugby career. In order
to perform to the best of your ability
there are three factors to consider,
physical preparation, skills development,
and personal application.
By taking every opportunity to work
on your physical condition and skills
development off the field you will
increase your chances of success on
it. Focusing on your preparation will
reduce the chances of injury and increase
your enjoyment of the sport you play.
I would recommend that any young sport
player prepare in the most appropriate
way possible.
In order to perform to their potential,
sports people require lots of support
and advice on how to remain fit and
injury free. If you are a player who
wants to progress in sport and enjoy
the game to your highest achievable
